The Little Cottage is the most modern of the three houses on the property. It is suited to seniors and is available for off season rental. It has a beautiful deck on the lake side which is perfect for outdoor cooking and lounging without climbing the stairs to the beach. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower with bench seat and grab bars. The bedroom opens right onto the deck so that the sound of the lake lulls you to sleep. There is a second queen bedroom on the ground floor with full bath. Upstairs there is a sleeping loft with 4 single beds for visiting grandchildren. There is an efficient kitchen, living/dining room and a full basement with washer/dryer. The Little Cottage has in-floor heat and a fireplace which extends its season into mid-October!!
