The Big Cottage sits on a wooded hill above the beach. Its most beloved feature is the huge screen porch that looks to the Manitou Islands to the west. Our family and friends gather here for drinks and sunsets each night. The east facing breakfast porch looks over the walled lawn and garden, several acres for staging adventures and playing games. The Big Cottage arts and crafts interior and furniture has not changed much in a century. It was built for happy summer vacations and still delivers!
